For Patients

1. Appointment Booking
All appointments must be scheduled directly through Dental Navigator’s platform to qualify for any rewards or promotional offers.
2.Clinic Visit Requirement
You must attend the appointment at the dental clinic as scheduled. Missed or cancelled appointments may void eligibility for rewards.
3.Submission of Proof of Visit
After your appointment, you must submit a valid receipt or proof of visit issued by the clinic. This documentation must be clear, authentic, and unaltered.
4.Reward Claim
Once we verify your proof of visit, you may claim your reward according to the terms of the specific offer. Processing times may vary. Dental Navigator res

For Dentists & Clinics

1. Pay-Per-Visit Model
Dental Navigator charges clinics only for new patients who book through our platform and complete their appointment at your clinic.
2.Proof of Patient Visit
A clinic is considered liable for payment once Dental Navigator receives valid proof that a referred patient has visited and received services at the clinic. Proof may include receipts, invoices, or other acceptable documentation.
3.Payment Obligation
Once we receive confirmation that a referred patient has completed their visit, payment for that lead becomes mandatory. Denial of payment after confirmed delivery of a qualified patient is not permitted.
4.Failure to Pay
If a clinic refuses to pay for a confirmed/ completed lead, Dental Navigator reserves the right to take appropriate action, which may include suspension from the platform, account termination, collection activities, or legal remedies as permitted by law.
